Please note that custom, special orders and promotional items are non refundable. After 10 days, all sales are final. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit upon verification and condition of the returned item. All returns must be in original condition and original packaging.
Merchandise credits will be issued through our system within 3 days from the date the return is received.

Shipping a Return
Please contact us at 415-461-1866 or email email@example.com to make arrangements for returning your item(s). We will provide you a pre paid shipping label along with shipping instructions.
Johann Paul Fine Jewelry ships most orders within 1 – 7 days. Custom and special orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete. You will be notified ahead of time if this is the case. All online orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx overnight shipping and require an adult signature confirmation. Online Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
All jewelry will be presented gift ready in a Johann Paul Fine Jewelry gift box, tied with a ribbon, ready to present. Gift wrapping is available upon request, as well as a handwritten card instead of a gift receipt.
We are happy to ship worldwide. International shipping orders will be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. We charge a flat shipping and handling of $100.00. If you are receiving your order outside of the United states, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the package is being shipped.
